Telangana Hyderabad Metro launches Green Miles Loyalty Club

L&T hyderabad Metro rail Limited (L&TMRHL) introduced a first-of-its-kind Green Miles Loyalty Club on friday in addition to announcing that it has completed 50 crore passenger travels since its founding. Regular passengers may receive prizes like free trips, goods, and lucky draw presents, among other perks offered by this scheme. The initiative also seeks to promote a change to a more environmentally friendly form of travel by offering incentives for using the metro.
 

Managing director NVS reddy congratulated Rajasree for being the 50th crore passenger, saying, "This achievement reflects the growing trust and preference for hyderabad Metro as a safe, reliable, and convenient mode of transportation." There are three loyalty bands in the program: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. It is available to all travelers who use smart cards for travel. Travelers must maintain a minimum number of travels for three consecutive months to be eligible for certain reward categories. travels are counted in calendar months.
 

Stanford university has selected the hyderabad Metro rail (HMR) project as a case study for management practitioners and students, demonstrating the project's effectiveness. The research, which was published in the Stanford Social Innovation review (SSIR) Spring 2024, focuses on the managerial abilities displayed by HMR Managing director NVS reddy and his staff.
