Bullkar anand sharma was murdered from home…Let us tell you that on the night of june 6, 2021, in Baili village of Kateya police station, Rajnath Sharma, sandeep Yadav and Manvendra Kumar Mahato had called anand sharma from home to attend a wedding in the village. The body of anand sharma was recovered the next day on the morning of 7th June. He was murdered by slitting his neck. Naming all three on the complaint of the deceased's wife rambha Devi, the police registered case number 189/21 of Kateya police station and arrested all three.Accused of killing an accused in courtAfter this, two days later, the police registered an FIR against one accused, Rajnath Sharma, for dodging and running away from the police station while going to the toilet. Kateya police station registered a complaint against watchman Parshuram Paswan, but Rajnath Sharma's mother Chandravati Devi filed a case in the CJM court. Filed a complaint accusing the Kateya police of murdering the son in an emergency and making the body disappear. After the arrest, the police did not even allow him to meet his family members.The mother said that why would an accused stay in his house after committing murder. He would run away, but the police arrested him at home and later killed him in Hajat. Accused Rajnath Sharma has not been found till date. On the other hand, in the anand sharma murder case, dhanraj Kumar, brother of rambha Devi, the informant of the case, had filed a writ in the high court and accused the Kateya police of making the accused go away. cbi arrested the then SHO of Kateya suman Kumar Mishra and ASI pradeep Ram. He was called to patna and arrested by the cbi on 16 May 2023 after being interrogated for nine hours in the entire matter. Right now both the police officers are in jail.
