The imposing main entry gates of the BR Ambedkar telangana secretariat were unexpectedly sealed on Monday, shocking visitors. Not all of the locks were. In addition to being locked with padlocks, the two enormous gates were sealed shut by binding wires made of copper and aluminum. Officials have not commented on the closing of the main entrance, although there are many rumors that the gate was blocked so that Vaastu adjustments could be made. “We have been orally instructed to close the main entrance from today,” a police constable said.

Officials and staff at the secretariat were taken aback by the main gate's lockdown on Sunday, the day after the congress lost the mahabubnagar Local Authorities seat bypoll. A revanth reddy, the chief minister, is rumored to have changed a few things during his trips to the secretariat. revanth reddy, who typically enters the secretariat by the main entrance, will now enter the complex through the West gate and leave through the North gate. Senior officials such as IPS, IAS, and others will access and depart the secretariat through the South east gate.

Since revanth reddy became chief minister on december 7 of last year, the secretariat has not before implemented Vaastu modifications. It is also believed that the Chief Minister's office is being moved from the sixth level to the ninth floor, in addition to the modifications to access and departure. The Chief Minister's office is now being accommodated on the ninth level through a number of ongoing renovations and minor adjustments. telangana Awaaz, the X handle, said that more alterations will be performed within the secretariat compound.

Recall that in July 2021, shortly after taking over as president of the telangana Pradesh congress Committee, revanth reddy made a few adjustments at gandhi Bhavan, the State congress headquarters. The action is being repeated at the secretariat as well because it is perceived as a successful move.
