Pakistan's government Postgraduate college Timergara has issued strange instructions. The girl students have been instructed to refrain from participating in political events, birthday celebrations and other activities during their visit to the campus, Dawn newspaper reported. Chief Proctor of the college, professor Riyaz Mohammad, has formally issued these instructions.
