Doubt on election process, not on EVMs…

The supreme court has said that it does not have any facts to doubt the EVMs and the court does not agree with what these twelve accusers say that there is manipulation. Second, the supreme court said that the repeated questions raised on the validity of the electoral process create doubt in the minds of the public. Due to this, it may happen tomorrow that the public will say that they will not go to vote. The supreme court has also said that all the necessary protocols are being followed; hence it is meaningless to talk like this again and again.

The supreme court also accepted that it is the fundamental right of the voters to know about their vote, whom they are voting for, whether they are voting for him or not, whether their vote is being counted or not, but it is their The fundamental right is not that he has the right to 100 percent VVPAT counting, or that he has the right to see all the VVPATs. The supreme court has also said that more than four crore VVPATs come to the control unit and there has not been even a single case of discrepancy where there has been a mistake or mismatch. The supreme court said that if physical access to VVPAT is given to voters, it would be impractical and complicated. The court has also expressed the possibility of it being misused. He also said that they are bringing the entire election process under doubt. The supreme court also said that verifying or counting each VVPAT of an EVM would not only be time consuming, but involving humans in the process would also increase the possibility of irregularities.

The big thing is that both the judges gave the verdict in a two-member bench. While agreeing with Justice sanjeev Khanna, Justice Dipankar Dutta also gave a separate verdict and questioned the bonafide of those who had filed the petition. However, this is the decision of the supreme court and it should be expected that after this important decision the debate on it will stop and end.
