Ganesh Jadeja, son of bharatiya janata party (BJP) mla Gitaba Jadeja in Gujarat, has been accused of kidnapping and attempted murder. A case of attempted murder was registered on friday (May 31) against Gitaba Jadeja's son and others for kidnapping and attacking a local NSUI leader. police gave this information.

This complaint has been made by Sanjay Solanki, head of the Junagadh unit of the Congress-affiliated National students Union of india (NSUI). Sanjay Solanki is a Dalit, so sections of the scheduled caste and Scheduled Tribe Act have also been imposed against the accused. According to the FIR, when Ganesh Jadeja's car passed very close to Sanjay Solanki's (26) two-wheeler in the Kalwa Chowk area on thursday night, Solanki asked him to drive carefully. Enraged, Jadeja and his associates followed him to Sanjay Solanki's residence on Datar Road but left the spot after Sanjay Solanki's father, who knows Ganesh Jadeja, intervened.

NSUI leader made this allegation

The FIR states that when Sanjay Solanki left on his two-wheeler in the wee hours, a car belonging to Ganesh Jadeja's associates allegedly hit him from behind. The complaint states that when Sanjay Solanki fell on the ground, five men got out and allegedly beat Sanjay Solanki with sticks and put him in the car. Complainant Sanjay Solanki said he was taken to Ganesh Jadeja's residence in Gondal where Ganesh and others brutally thrashed him and asked him to leave the NSUI. It is said in the FIR that in the morning the accused left Sanjay Solanki at Bhesan crossroads. Let us tell you that Gitaba Jadeja is an mla from Gondal constituency of rajkot district.
