Boney Kapoor signed the MoU for noida Film City!!!
Today, filmmaker boney kapoor and Bhutani infra-backed firm Bayview Projects signed an MoU with yamuna Development Authority to build a film city in gautam Buddha nagar (Noida). boney kapoor came to Greater noida today to sign the concession agreement of the film city with yamuna Development Authority (YEIDA). boney kapoor and Bhutani Group will together start the construction work of the film city soon.
Construction work on the film city will start in 6 months
Noida Film City will be built near the noida International airport being built in Jewar. Construction work on the film city will start within the next 6 months. This film city will be built on 1000 acres and an investment of Rs 1500 crore will be made for it. In the presence of Arun Vir Singh, CEO of the yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), and Shailendra Bhatia, Additional CEO, ashish Bhutani and boney kapoor of the Bhutani Group signed the deal at the Greater noida office of the authority.
Employment will be generated by the construction of Film City
The place where yamuna Authority will build the Film City will be six kilometres away from noida Airport. It is also close to Sector-21 yamuna Expressway and is an excellent sector in terms of location. It is 12 kilometres away from the Eastern Peripheral Expressway. This will create new employment opportunities in the area and the number of film productions will also increase. This Film City will help in making Uttar Pradesh the new film hub of the country and will be especially close for those going to mumbai from North India. The entire indian film industry will get a new place for new talent and new stories.
Know the details of the Film City project
The Uttar Pradesh administration led by yogi adityanath has calculated that this ambitious project will cost Rs 1510 crore.
An official stated that the developer had received the designated land to begin the first phase of the project's work after the agreement was signed.
The film city would be constructed in a public-private collaboration on a thousand acres of land in Sector-21 in YEIDA, close to noida and the yamuna Expressway.
The first phase will involve the development of about 230 acres of land.
Out of 1000 acres of land, 220 acres is for commercial and 780 acres is for industrial use.
