Sidhu Moosewala's father made this revelation…

Ahead of the last phase of lok sabha elections 2024, congress leader rahul gandhi is currently campaigning for the party in Punjab. Meanwhile, on wednesday (May 29), rahul gandhi remembered the late punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala on his death anniversary and paid tribute to him. During this, the congress leader also met the singer's father Balkaur Singh and had a long conversation with him.

Rahul gandhi told Sidhu Moosewala's father Balkaur Singh, "When I was talking to Sidhu Moosewala for the first time, I felt that he could become the leader of Punjab." During this, Balkaur Singh remembered Sidhu Moosewala and said, "He always used to say that you don't stop me, I have to go to rahul Gandhi's team." Balkaur Singh told rahul gandhi that he was fond of singing since childhood. He used to participate in singing programs in school as well.

What did Balkaur Singh say to rahul Gandhi?

Balkaur Singh further said, "Whatever happened, he probably knew, because he used to say that Papa, these people will not leave me. Perhaps his motive of joining politics was that I become a little stronger and I get power, then these people will leave me alone. Because he did not know how to bow down and these people wanted that if he has to work, then he will have to work under me. These people were putting pressure on him."

Balkaur Singh further said, "When I joined congress, my son lost the election, then three calls came from amit Shah's office. During that time, my son had told me in the street that bapu, the lotus flower people are calling, but he took it lightly." He said, "My son was attacked at 5:15 and at 7:30 there was no checkpost in the entire city. After the murder, the culprits sat in one place for one and a half hours. This will be investigated only when our alliance comes into power. As long as I am alive, I will keep working for the Congress."
