Today (29 May) is the second death anniversary of punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. A religious ritual has been organized at his house. This information has been given by his father Balkaur Singh. Balkaur Singh told that due to the time of elections and extreme heat, only villagers and family were invited. At the same time, his fans have organized religious programs at many places in Punjab.

Moosewala's father Balkaur Singh said, "The program has been kept small and simple. There is an election and due to the high temperature, people from outside have been forbidden to come. Family and village people are coming. The general public has been told not to come because it is very hot and it is election time. Only religious rituals will be done according to decorum.'' Balkaur Singh said that it has been learnt that Sidhu's fans are getting Ardaas done at many places in Punjab. Everyone is paying tribute to their brother in their own way.

On the other hand, in Sidhu Moosewala's village Musa, the shops are currently filled with copy mugs and T-shirts with his photo. Apart from this, his statue has been installed in the village and his posters and photos are visible everywhere. Punjab's famous singer Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead on 29 May 2022. He got fame at a very young age and at the time he was murdered, he was only 28 years old.
