More jobs for people with less education!!!

It is a big thing that people with less education got more jobs. In the financial year 2023-24, 68,77,532 for 12th pass, 27,04,280 for 10th pass or less, 4,02,192 for IT and diploma holders, 7,33,277 for graduate and post graduation, PhD and PG. There were jobs for youth on 60,531 seats for diploma holders. After the vacancy on so many seats, it becomes clear that even though less applications are being sought for government jobs, there are ample opportunities for the youth in the private sector.

However, data is not available on the NCS portal as to how many of the vacant jobs have been filled. It is believed that many times even the youth who get employment do not remove their biodata from the NCS portal, they keep searching for the next good job. Due to which the number of people getting jobs cannot be accurately estimated.

Must have skills

After the shortage of government jobs, before getting a job in the private sector, the youth will have to develop skills within themselves, that is, they will have to have knowledge about programs including computers and other programs. Along with this, knowledge of the field in which you want to go and skills are also necessary. Along with this, in today's time, one has to be aware of the new technology and keep the knowledge of work with oneself. Many programs have also been run by the government for skills, in which many programs like Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, New education Policy, Skilled youth Programme, Research and Innovation are proving to be effective in teaching skills.

India is a country of youth in which india has the largest number of youth, so the government is also concerned about their employment. Keeping this in mind, many programs were started to teach skills. Now because of them it has become easier for many youth to get jobs. In today's time, there is a great need to learn skills along with education. If we look at initiatives related to education, skill development and employment, a lot of work has been done in the last seven to eight years. It is estimated that by the year 2030, more than 50 percent of the country's youth will be equipped with some skill so that it becomes easier for them to get employment.
