The court has also ordered to frame charges against Brij Bhushan's secretary Vinod Tomar. On june 15, 2023, delhi Police had filed a charge sheet against Brij bhushan Singh under sections 354, 354-A, 354-D and section 506 (criminal intimidation) regarding the sexual harassment case of five female wrestlers.
