He was arrested by ED after interrogation on march 21. cm kejriwal had demanded in his petition that he should be allowed to meet the doctor regularly for 15 minutes in the presence of his wife.Hearing on cm Kejriwal's petition on May 15On the other hand, the delhi High court on monday listed the hearing on the petitions challenging the summons issued to cm kejriwal for May 15. In a letter to the jail superintendent, cm kejriwal alleged that the jail administration is lying under political pressure. Tihar administration had said in a statement on sunday that they had arranged for a video conference of kejriwal with senior experts of AIIMS on april 20, during which neither cm kejriwal raised the issue of insulin nor the doctors gave any such advice.
