The court has rejected the petition of delhi cm Arvind Kejriwal. He had appealed to the court that he should be allowed to consult his doctors through video conferencing. cm had also appealed to provide insulin. Delhi's Rouse Avenue court said that the AIIMS panel will decide whether he should be given insulin or not. A panel was formed under the leadership of AIIMS director to examine the health of cm Kejriwal. cm kejriwal is lodged in tihar jail in judicial custody in the delhi Excise Policy case. He was arrested by ED after interrogation on march 21. cm kejriwal had demanded in his petition that he should be allowed to meet the doctor regularly for 15 minutes in the presence of his wife.

On the other hand, the delhi High court on monday listed the hearing on the petitions challenging the summons issued to cm kejriwal for May 15. The bench of Justice suresh Kumar Kait has given time to the aam aadmi party (AAP) leader to file his reply to the reply submitted by the agency.

CM kejriwal wrote a letter to the jail administration

Meanwhile, AAP said on monday that the chief minister has written a letter to the tihar jail Superintendent claiming that he is demanding insulin daily as his sugar level is increasing. cm kejriwal also rejected the claim of jail officials that AIIMS doctors have said that there is no reason to worry about the health of the Chief Minister. In a letter to the jail superintendent, cm kejriwal alleged that the jail administration is lying under political pressure. Tihar administration had said in a statement on sunday that they had arranged for a video conference of kejriwal with senior experts of AIIMS on april 20, during which neither cm kejriwal raised the issue of insulin nor the doctors gave any such advice.
