Voting for eight lok sabha seats in maharashtra is to be held in the second phase on april 26. Here nominations of 299 candidates have been found valid in the investigation. Officials gave this information on Saturday. These eight seats are Buldhana, Akola, Amravati, Wardha, Yavatmal-Washim of Vidarbha region of the state and Hingoli, Nanded, and Parbhani of Marathwada. (Parbhani). The last date for withdrawal of nomination is 8 April.

According to the news agency PTI, the official said that 352 candidates had filed nominations for eight seats. The information has been shared by the Chief Electoral Officer of the state. Nominations were filed by 25 candidates in Buldhana, 17 in Akola, 56 in Amravati, 26 in Wardha, 20 in Yavatmal-Washim, 48 in Hingoli, 66 in Nanded and 41 in Parbhani.

Shiv Sena and Shiv Sena-UBT data-face-to-data-face on these three seats

In Hingoli, Yavatmal-Washim, and Buldhana, there is a contest between chief minister Eknath Shinde's shiv sena and uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena-UBT. In Buldhana, outgoing shiv sena mp Prataprao Jadhav is contesting against narendra Khedekar of shiv sena UBT. In Akola, there is a contest between BJP's Anup Dhotre, Congress's Abhay Patil, and Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi Chief Prakash Ambedkar.

Triangular contest on Navneet Rana's seat

At the same time, the election fight in Amravati will be between mp Navneet Rana, Balwant Wankhede of Congress, and Anandraj Ambedkar of Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi. In Wardha, NCP's Sharad Chandra Pawar's amar Kale will data-face bjp mp Ramdas Tadas. In Yavatmal-Washim, there will be a fight between Shiv Sena's Rajshree Patil and Shiv Sena's UBT's Sanjay Deshmukh, while in Hingoli, there is a fight between Shiv Sena's Baburao Kohlikar and Shiv Sena-UBT's naresh Ashtikar. Congress's Vasant Chavan will data-face mp Pratap Chikhlikar on the Nanded seat. In Parbhani, there is a contest between Rashtriya Samaj Paksha Chief Mahadev Jankar and Shiv Sena-UBT's Sanjay Jadhav.
