Kejriwal will work from jail only's supporters…


The aam aadmi party (AAP) is protesting in the national capital against the arrest of chief minister arvind kejriwal in a corruption case related to delhi liquor policy. Meanwhile, cm kejriwal has issued his first order from the custody of the Enforcement Directorate (ED). According to sources, he can continue working as chief minister from jail. AAP leader Atishi said that chief minister kejriwal directed to provide adequate water tankers in the areas facing water shortage. Besides, instructions have also been given to solve sewer problems. Talking to the media, Atishi said that arvind kejriwal considers delhi as his family.

ED took cognizance of Atishi's statement

Official sources said on sunday that the Enforcement Directorate has taken cognizance of delhi minister Atishi's statement in which she had said that chief minister arvind kejriwal had sent instructions to her from the agency's custody to start public welfare works related to water and sewerage.

What has happened so far?

1- Sources said the federal agency will investigate to find out whether these instructions of the arrested chief minister were in line with the special Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) court order issued to the ED and kejriwal during his custody period.

2- AAP party workers will not celebrate holi today and during this time the party has called upon its workers to gherao the residence of prime minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday.

3- Earlier, after the arrest of kejriwal, all the MLAs and officials of the party gathered at Shahidi Park to protest against the BJP. The court has sent kejriwal to the custody of the Enforcement Directorate till march 28 in the money laundering case.

4- Given the protests, police increased security on the roads leading to Shahidi Park. Traffic was affected in some parts of central delhi due to heavy barricading.
