Ketan Inamdar has sent his resignation to the assembly Speaker by sending an email late night. Ketan Inamdar has written in his three-line letter that I represent Ketan Kumar Mahendrabhai Inamdar as mla from Savli assembly constituency. Respecting the voice of my conscience, I resign from the post of MLA. Which has been requested to be accepted. He sent an e-mail to the speaker at 1.35 pm. Ketan Inamdar is the first mla to resign from the state BJP. In 2012, Ketan Inamdar won the election as an independent. He became mla on bjp ticket in 2017 and 2022. Started politics as a member of vadodara district Panchayat.

Ketan Inamdar also has a hold in the cooperative sector. He has also raised his voice on Baroda Dairy issue. In 2012 he won the election as an independent candidate. It is believed that Ketan Inamdar is angry with congress leaders joining BJP. According to sources, he is angry with the responsibility being handed over to Congressmen associated with BJP.
