Accordingly congress MP rahul gandhi has promised to conduct caste census if congress forms the government in the

madhya pradesh assembly elections. He said that in madhya pradesh, cm Shivraj Singh Chouhan and 53

officers run the government. Of these 53 officers, only one is from a backward class. rahul gandhi said in the

public meetings of Ashoknagar and jabalpur that if there are 50 percent OBCs in this country, then there

should be 50 percent participation of OBCs in running the government.

rahul gandhi said that I have seen a government closely and have information. Governments are run not by

MPs and MLAs but by officers. Today the indian government is run by 90 officers. The budget is distributed

by them only. Similarly, the budget of madhya pradesh is about three and a half lakh crore rupees and the

decision of this budget is taken by Shivraj Singh Chauhan and his 53 officers as to where the budget will go.

Out of the 53 officers of madhya pradesh, only one officer is from the backward class.

Will provide rights to OBC and tribals- rahul Gandhi

advantage of their votes, but when it comes to the rights of OBCs, he becomes silent and says that there is no

caste in the country. No. But, when they go to vote, they say that I am an OBC. We will do the work of

conducting caste census when the government comes to power in madhya pradesh and the country. We will

also do the work of providing their rights to Dalits, OBCs and tribals.
