LJP got 6 seats in the last election also...whose statement?

In the lok sabha elections held in the year 2019, LJP got only 6 seats. At that time the party was headed by Chirag's father late ram vilas paswan and his party won all the 6 seats.

Where is the screw getting stuck?

There are 40 lok sabha seats in Bihar. More seats than here are only in UP (80), maharashtra (48) and West bengal (42). These three states share the data-borders of bihar, in which the names of UP, jharkhand and bengal are included. There are 10 seats in these three states where Bihari voters decide the victory or defeat. That means there are a total of 50 seats which are dominated by Bihari voters. These seats are very important for bjp in the era of coalition politics.

In 2019, the nda had won 39 lok sabha seats in Bihar. This time too, bjp wants to balance the political balance of bihar through the final expansion in the Modi cabinet. bjp wants Dalit voters to come in their favor this time. This is the reason why the party has joined hands with ram Manjhi and Chirag to win. Now chirag paswan wants bjp to allow his party to contest on 6 seats, considering it as the original LJP, just like in the last lok sabha elections.

There was a split in LJP in the year 2021

In the year 2021, there was a split in LJP. After which LJP was divided into two pieces. On one hand, Rashtriya Lok Janshakti party was formed under the leadership of Chirag Paswan's uncle Pashupati Paras, which joined the NDA. After which Pashupati Paras became a minister in the center. On the other hand, the Lok Janshakti party (Ram Vilas) was formed under the leadership of Chirag Paswan.  However, at that time Chirag's uncle's camp had become stronger. Except chirag paswan, all the LJP MPs had joined Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party. Now even after the split in the party, chirag paswan is claiming his party's claim on all the 6 lok sabha seats in the lok sabha elections to be held in 2024 and is also demanding a rajya sabha seat.
