On Tuesday, Indira took to her instagram handle to post a picture with her co-star Ranbir Kapoor. The latter can be seen wearing a light-blue half-sleeve shirt and matching jeans, while Indira wore a red kurta. 

“Animaling…❤️...Thank u for ur care, love, and kindness, and our wonderful gestures Ranbir...costar,” she captioned her post.

For the uninitiated, according to multiple media portals, Indira krishna will portray the role of Lord Ram's mother, queen Kaushalya, in Nitesh Tiwari's upcoming film. Previously, the actor played Rashmika Mandanna's mother in the Ranbir starrer ‘Animal’.


Coming to the other cast members, pictures of Ranbir and sai pallavi playing Lord ram and Goddess Sita went viral on social media. Earlier, leaked photos of Arun Govil and lara dutta suggested that they would play king Dashrath and queen Kekkei, respectively. The makers and Nitesh have kept the project under wraps, and no details about the actors or characters have been officially revealed. According to some rumors, bobby Deol, Vijay Sethupathi, and sunny deol might play Kumbhkaran, Vibhishan, and Lord Hanuman, respectively.


The film ‘Ramayana’ is based on the ancient epic of the same name, written by Sage Valmiki. Previously, a television show that aired on Doordarshan, starring Arun (Govil), Dipika Chikhlia, and sunil Lahri, became extremely popular.
