SIBY JEYYA
On Thursday, the State government reorganized the positions of several directors in the Department of school Education. Following this, all telugu textbooks were recalled after it was discovered that the forewords of those textbooks had the names of former deputy chief minister Kadiam Srihari, former chief minister K chandrasekhar Rao, and former minister of education Sabita indra Reddy.

The full additional charge to the post of director at government Text Book press Services, Hyderabad, has been directed to be assumed by additional director Ch ramana Kumar, secretary of telangana Social Welfare Residential educational institutions Society, Hyderabad, from additional director S Srinivasa Chary. It has been instructed that Srinivasa Chary assume leadership as the Model Schools, Hyderabad, additional director.

As the director of SCERT, Additional director Ramesh took over from Additional director M Radha Reddy. She has been appointed Samagra Shiksha telangana, Hyderabad's assistant state project director. Unexpectedly, the telangana State education Department has ordered the recall of all textbooks given to students after learning that they still contained the names of former ministers Kadiam srihari and Sabitha indra Reddy, as well as former chief minister K. Chandrashekar Rao.

Teachers and students are facing a wait of at least a month until new textbooks are released as a result of this edict, which has caused considerable discontent.
