Women's Day: Why women must adopt a holistic way of life!!!

A panel discussion entitled 'Harnessing Ancient Healing Wisdom for Today's Women' was arranged today in honor of international Women's Day. Leading the conversation were Dr. Advait Sharma, a renowned physician and Ayurvedic practitioner, and Dr. Shikha Nehru Sharma, founder of Nutriwel health & Nutrition Evangelist, as they explored the many issues that modern women data-face. Among the common lifestyle conditions highlighted were PCOD, infertility, diabetes, sleeplessness, and increased levels of anxiety and despair, which are frequently made worse by the pressures of juggling work and family obligations.

Dr. Shikha Sharma emphadata-sized the importance of diet, especially in managing stress, and recommended a return to age-old therapies like yoga, meditation, and ayurveda for overall health.

In line with this idea, Dr. Advait Sharma highlighted the importance of Ayurvedic principles and encouraged women to embrace natural living practices, such as going to bed early and practicing regular meditation, for the sake of their mental and spiritual wellbeing. He also advised women to stick to an A2 milk diet and avoid packaged and non-vegetarian meals.

During the panel discussion, various important issues regarding women's health were covered. Participants were advised to put an emphasis on eating a well-balanced diet full of fruits, vegetables, and vegetable juices; packaged goods and non-vegetarian items should be avoided in favor of A2 milk. To reduce stress and encourage brain clarity, they were told to include yoga, pranayama, and nonsense yoga in their daily routines. Given the healing properties of creativity, it was suggested that people develop their passions and hobbies as a way to support their mental and emotional well-being.

Accepting the Ayurvedic maxim of going to bed and rising early was emphadata-sized as a straightforward yet powerful strategy to enhance general health. Additionally, attendees were exhorted to exercise self-love and self-care as they are vital aspects of wellbeing. Lastly, the importance of making thoughtful food choices was reinforced, with a focus on making sure meals are cooked with love and joy to prevent consuming stress hormones from animals or from meals served by stressed people.
