According to the Meteorological Department, there may be a cold wave situation in Delhi-NCR on thursday (December 12). Regarding this, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for today.

According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature here today is likely to be 23 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is likely to be 4 degrees Celsius. According to the Meteorological Department, light rain may occur at some places between december 15 and 20. This rain can help improve air quality, which is a positive sign for delhi NCR.

Cold increased due to snowfall in the mountains. Earlier on wednesday (December 11) at 4 pm, the city's 24-hour average air quality index (AQI) was recorded at 199, while on tuesday (December 10) it was (234). At the same time, it is important to take special care of health in the cold season. Especially the elderly and children are being advised to wear proper clothes to protect them from the cold. Apart from this, consumption of hot beverages can also be beneficial.
