Immediately after this incident, the woman's husband called on Railway Helpline number 139 and lodged a complaint. As soon as the complaint was received, the RPF personnel deployed at Lalitpur railway station showed promptness and the train was attended.RPF personnel arrived to attendWhen the RPF personnel went to the train to assist, the victim woman was not present there. But they found the accused army soldier there. The RPF personnel asked the accused to get off the train at Lalitpur. The woman's husband called the RPF and told that they had shifted to another coach. Regarding this matter, Manoj Kumar Singh, Public Relations Officer of North Central Railway jhansi Division, has told that after registering the complaint, railway employees reached the spot, later the woman told the railway employee that her problem has been solved. At present, further investigation is going on in this matter.
