Officials said that female constable Kulwinder Kaur was angry over kangana Ranaut's stand on the farmers' protest. He said that the constable has been suspended and an FIR has been registered against him. Sher Singh Mahiwal further said, "After the argument, my sister must have got emotionally angry, due to which such an incident happened. Both the jawans and the farmers are important and are performing their duty in every sense. We fully support them in this matter." According to media reports, Sher Singh is a farmer leader of Mahiwal village. He also handles the responsibility of the organization secretary in the Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee Kapurthala.
