Bagh Express going from Howrah to Kathgodam was saved from an accident. This train was about to meet with an accident in Samastipur, bihar due to broken track. The presence of mind of a 14 year old boy in Samastipur, bihar has saved the lives of about 1300 passengers. The incident happened on saturday morning. Bagh Express going from Howrah to Kathgodam was saved from an accident. Due to this terrible rail accident, the lives of about 1300 people were in danger.

Actually Bagh Express was running about 1 hour late from its scheduled time. This train reached Samastipur station at about 9.44 am on Saturday. After that it left for further journey at 10.02. Then on moving ahead from the station, the railway track was broken on the up line near Bhola Talkies Gumti.

At that time, 14-year-old Mohammad Shahbaz was passing by the railway line. Then he saw the broken track. The child stopped the train by waving his towel as per his understanding. Due to which the lives of the passengers were saved.When the boy waved his towel, the loco pilot vidyasagar got down from the train and asked the reason for waving the towel. He said that the track was broken. Then the train guard Arun Kumar Dubey reached the spot.
