Pune porsche accident Case: In pune, a 17-year-old minor crushed two bike-riding IT professionals while driving a porsche car worth crores of rupees in an intoxicated state. In this case, a lot of mess has been done to save the minor accused.

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) investigating the pune porsche accident Case has made another arrest. The SIT has detained Shivani Agarwal, the mother of the 17-year-old minor accused, on Saturday. This arrest has been made after it was revealed that when the minor accused was taken to Sasson Hospital for alcohol test, his blood sample was replaced with a woman's blood sample. This has raised suspicion that his blood sample was replaced with his mother Shivani's blood. With Shivani's arrest, now almost the entire family of the minor accused has been taken into custody. Earlier, the minor's father and grandfather were taken into custody by the police.

Permission also given to interrogate the minor

The SIT of pune police has got permission to interrogate the minor accused of hitting the bike of two IT professionals and crushing them with a car. The Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) on friday gave this permission on the demand of the investigation team of the pune porsche accident case. The accused minor is currently in an observation home. According to Additional police Commissioner Shailesh Balkawade, the JJB board has approved the petition to question the minor accused and granted permission.

How will the questioning be done if parents are in custody?

According to the rules of the Juvenile Justice Act, the police can question the minor accused only in the presence of his parents. Now both are in police custody. In such a situation, it will be worth seeing how the questioning will be done. According to the police, the minor accused had crushed two IT professionals riding a motorcycle with his car in the kalyani Nagar area in the early morning of May 19. Both died in this accident.

Retired IAS wrote a letter to remove pune police Commissioner

Retired IAS officer Arun Bhatia has written a letter to the Chairman of maharashtra Human Rights Commission in this case. In the letter, he has demanded the transfer of pune police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar from MHRC. He has also demanded an inquiry into the behavior of Amitesh Kumar. He wrote, 'The current police Commissioner of pune cannot be trusted in this case (Pune porsche accident).' Bhatia has also demanded an inquiry into the appointment of the Chief Medical Officer under the influence of a politician. He has also demanded that the health Secretary be punished in this case.
