Ajit Pawar faction staked claim on this seats…

Ajit Pawar's ncp has already geared up for the upcoming assembly elections in Maharashtra. Recent statements by ncp leader Chhagan Bhujbal have fueled discussions within the alliance. Bhujbal said that his party would not settle for less than 80-90 assembly seats after the agreements made during the lok sabha elections.

BJP leaders have objected to this statement of Bhujbal. deputy chief minister devendra fadnavis said that being the largest party with 105 seats, bjp will contest on most of the seats. He assured bjp allies that a meeting will be called to finalize the seat sharing.

In this background, Chhagan Bhujbal has now responded to the criticizing bjp leaders. Bhujbal has told bjp leaders in a strict tone that "I will speak in my party." Chhagan Bhujbal also said that "I had raised the issue of seat sharing in my party's internal meeting. I will not talk to the media right now. Whatever I have to say, I will say to the party. I only reminded him of what he had said when he joined the Mahayuti." He further said, when you speak in your party, where do we say it? It is your right to speak in your party. Also, it is my right to say what I want to say in my party. Everyone should accept this right. Chhagan Bhujbal also said that the decision will be taken through discussion. There should not be a tussle in the seat sharing in the assembly like in the lok sabha elections. Bhujbal had said that "we should get our share." As soon as there was uproar over his statement, Chhagan Bhujbal took a U-turn. Mahayuti has no reason to feel bad about my statement. bjp is our elder brother. So they will get more seats. Chhagan Bhujbal concluded that the other two parties will get good seats.
