Manish Sisodia's judicial custody has been extended till May 30. manish Sisodia will not be able to come out before voting in Delhi.Aam Aadmi party (AAP) leader and former deputy cm manish Sisodia has suffered a setback in the money laundering case related to delhi Liquor Policy. manish Sisodia, who appeared in Rouse Avenue court, has not got any relief. The court has extended the judicial custody of manish Sisodia till May 30. Rouse Avenue court will next hear the case on May 30.

Manish Sisodia was produced through video conferencing on completion of his judicial custody period in the court of Special Judge kaveri Baweja of Rouse Avenue Court. This comes just a day after the delhi High court bench reserved its verdict on manish Sisodia's bail plea in the money laundering and corruption case related to liquor policy. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had arrested him on march 9 last year in the liquor policy case. On May 7 itself, the court had extended the judicial custody of manish Sisodia till May 15 in the cbi case of money laundering related to delhi Liquor Policy.

CBI and ED claim that there have been irregularities in the formulation and implementation of the delhi Liquor Policy. ED has named cm arvind kejriwal as the main conspirator of the disturbance. cbi and ED say that many other AAP leaders have been involved in this. Whereas AAP has called these allegations baseless. On behalf of AAP, it was said that bjp has done all this in the spirit of political vendetta but people are with us. The public will answer this to BJP. The government is misusing the Central Investigation Agency.
