AP (CM): Land Titling Act Issue Woes
Generally, when people have problems, people go to the authorities to solve their problems. But, now an authority himself data-faces trouble due to the Land Titling Act and we need to think about the plight of the common man. Ramesh has been serving as an IAS officer for the past 36 years and shared the problem he is facing through X. He revealed that he data-faces trouble with this government for the past few days.

After their demise, I went around the revenue officers to get the patta, but they refused. Tahsildar also rejected my application. The documents sent through RDO post were returned without being opened. An IAS officer who has served andhra pradesh for almost 36 years data-faces troubles like this and I can't imagine the plight of common farmers.
The ycp government has brought the Land Rights Act. Under this Land Rights Act, they have said that efforts are being made to ensure that the land belongs to the farmers without any loss. But there are no records that are useful for the farmers. Moreover, if the lands of the IAS officers have no safety, then what is the situation of the common farmers, he said? They are questioning. Moreover, many people, farmers, and officials who have come to know about this matter are also expressing surprise and alertness. They are expressing anger saying that they have to go through so much trouble to own their land under the Land Rights Act. The farmers are standing by the IAS officer who told them about the hardships he went through under the ycp government.

On the other hand, in september 2022, in the bill introduced in the assembly for the post of TRO (Title Registration Officer), it was stated that only those of the officer level will be TRO, but after that year it was silently changed to "Any person". It has been changed that anyone who leaves can be made TRO.
