The case of cancellation of nomination of SP candidate…

The matter of cancellation of nomination of Samajwadi party candidate meera Yadav in Khajuraho may reach the court. Samajwadi party has said that it will take the entire matter to court. However, the bharatiya janata party is taking a dig at this entire matter. bjp leaders say that it is wrong for the candidate to make a mistake and blame it on the bjp government.

Samajwadi Party's Meira Yadav's nomination canceled

Bharatiya Janata party state president vishnu Dutt Sharma is trying his luck for the second time on the famous Khajuraho lok sabha seat of Madhya Pradesh. Samajwadi Party's Meira Yadav was fielded on this lok sabha seat by the indian Alliance. Meira Yadav also filed her nomination on Samajwadi party ticket, but during scrutiny, it was canceled due to an error in her nomination. It is said that there was no signature on the nomination paper of Meira Yadav.

SP spokesperson made this allegation

In this matter, Samajwadi party spokesperson yash Bharti says that when a person does not have a lawyer to present his side in the court, then the court also provides a lawyer to the accused. Apart from this, if any small mistake is found during the investigation, then the election officer has the right to inform the candidate about the mistake. When meera Yadav gave her nomination to the district election Officer, it was the responsibility of the election Officer to check the nomination correctly. If this had happened then the mistake in the signature would have been caught at that time.
