Congress candidate from Barmer Umedaram attacks BJP

Ummeda ram Beniwal, who resigned from the National Democratic party (RLP) and joined the congress, has been made its candidate from Barmer in Rajasthan. Umedaram Beniwal is in direct competition with Bharatiya Janata Party's minister of State for Agriculture and mp Kailash Chaudhary. After the announcement of Umedaram Beniwal's ticket, he reached jodhpur airport today (23 March), where the workers gave him a warm welcome.

Here, while talking to ABP News, Umedaram Beniwal said that 'Congress party and the people of the area have trusted me. I will try my best to live up to the public trust. I am contesting the elections against BJP's minister of State for Agriculture and former mp Kailash Choudhary. In such a situation, this fight is not easy, although if victory is easy then everyone fights. When the situation becomes difficult, everyone retreats. I believe that it is a big thing to win the trust of the public even in difficult circumstances. I have full confidence that I will win the elections.

Left RLP and joined Congress

Let us tell you that Umedaram Beniwal left the police job in delhi and came into politics. He contested the first election in 2018 and the second election in 2023 from the Baytu assembly constituency on the ticket of the Rashtriya Loktantrik Party. After losing the assembly elections, now before the lok sabha elections 2024, Umedaram has left the National Democratic party and joined the Congress.

Ummedaram Beniwal said 'Considering the sentiments of the people of Barmer and jaisalmer, the party has expressed confidence in me. Considering the sentiments of the elders, common people, youth, and industrialists of my area, I have taken this decision, whatever the public does in the future will be right. I will always work for the development of the people of Barmer and Jaisalmer. There is a lack of education in the Barmer and jaisalmer area, it will be increased.
