Reportedly when cm arvind kejriwal did not comply with the summons for the fifth time in the delhi Excise Policy case, the ED placed the matter before the court. ED has told the court that the cm is not complying with the summons. ED has also lodged an FIR in this matter. On this decision of the investigating agency, Aam Aadmi Party's chief national spokesperson priyanka Kakkar says, "The entire matter is politically motivated. The people of delhi know very well that there is no such thing as liquor scam. This is the reason why "Not a single penny has been recovered from any of our leaders by the ED or the investigating agencies. The matter is currently pending in the court. We will file a reply in the court and follow whatever directions the court gives."

Meanwhile priyanka Kakkar says that the investigation in the delhi Excise Policy case has been going on for two years. ED has not been able to recover even a single rupee in this. ED investigation is still going on. Our party has faith in the court. We will follow the orders.

The agency has approached the court after delhi cm arvind kejriwal did not appear despite repeated summons from ED. ED told PMLA court that kejriwal is not appearing even after being given summons. He is a public servant. The court will now hear this matter on february 7. On the other hand, ED has filed a complaint against cm kejriwal under section 174 of IPC. ED has clearly mentioned in the FIR that the complaint is being filed again due to appearance under Section 50 of PMLA.
