Why there is demand for CBI investigation into molestation?

As per report Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Bikram Singh Majithia on wednesday demanded a cbi inquiry into the molestation of girls in a government primary school in Majitha town. Apart from this, he also demanded the dismissal of education minister Harjot Singh Bains. Majithia said that if chief minister Bhagwant Mann did not immediately sack the education minister, it would be inferred that he was taking the side of the culprit behind this heinous act instead of the victims and their parents.

Bikram Singh Majithia also asked why the chief minister has not yet gone to meet the families of the victims? You have time to attend Vipassana retreats and follow your boss arvind kejriwal across the country, but you don't have time to meet minor victims of sexual abuse. Majithia also demanded the arrest of teacher Rakesh Kumar, who allegedly molested minor girls.

'The teacher was not arrested even after seven days'. The Akali Dal leader said that it is condemnable that the teacher has not been arrested even seven days after the FIR was registered in the case. He demanded dismissal of the teacher from government service and alleged that this has not been done yet because Rakesh Kumar is being protected by AAP leaders. He also said, “Harjot Singh Bains has not considered it appropriate to visit the school or even give instructions for exemplary action against the perpetrator of this heinous act. They have also not taken any action against the school management, which had tried to suppress the complaints filed by the parents of three girl students."
