My strength fell by 50 percent: Samantha

Myositis is an autoimmune condition that samantha Ruth Prabhu was diagnosed with. She talked about her difficulties and struggles during filming. sam commented about how difficult the training for the television series "Citadel" was for her. She said that in order to aid in her body's healing, she had to eat less. She talked about her experience filming the show.   Samantha's health problems forced her to take a year-long hiatus.
 

"I felt really weak during the training," samantha stated. In order to give my body time to recuperate, I also had to cut back on my eating. My strength had partly returned. It was a difficult and drawn-out trip.
 
In the third episode of her podcast, sam discussed her challenging circumstances.
 
Working on the action series presented a lot of physical obstacles for Samantha. She once damaged her head during an action sequence and passed out from extreme exhaustion from the hard filming. Alkesh Sharotri, her health coach and friend, spoke with her about Sam's difficult past.
 

"There's a lot going on, which makes things difficult. While you were filming, they did not stop phoning. They would say things like, "She's experiencing muscle spasms," or "She's getting cramps." samantha said on her podcast, "It was one time I had to perform this action scene, and oh God, I just passed out."
