Since it was revealed that he will be starring in the film Thug Life, starring Kamal Haasan, silambarasan TR has been in the news. But it appears that the actor may run into some conflict when filming the next production.

Leading tamil film producer Ishari K Ganesh of Vels Production has filed a complaint against the actor at the Producers Council in a recent development. The claims state that even though simbu withdrew the project, the actor still reportedly kept the upfront cash he got from the producer.

It is speculated that following their last film Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu, silambarasan TR was set to feature in a movie sponsored by Ishari K Ganesh. Gokul N krishna was the director of the movie Corona Kumar, but the actor opted to back out of the project for undisclosed reasons before production ever started.

The actor allegedly accepted the project's advance payment, but neither returned the money nor agreed to appear in any other films that were being produced by them. In the end, Ishari K Ganesh made the decision to lodge a complaint against him.

The producer reportedly stated that until STR repays the upfront money or agrees to work on another project by the same creators, he should not be permitted to participate in any other projects, according to a Times of india story. It's interesting to note that simbu is now filming Thug Life, his upcoming movie starring Kamal Haasan, and that the latter is also providing financial backing for his planned movie, STR 48.
