Telugu Film Chamber turns active for ‘Eagle’ solo release?

People media Factory, a well-known production house, has issued a letter to the telugu picture Chamber of Commerce, reminding them of their pledge to accommodate a solo release for their big ticket picture 'Eagle' starring ravi teja on february 9. "It will be mostly a single release of 'Eagle' because it was the promise made by the telugu Film Chamber of Commerce, telugu Film Producers Council, and telangana Film Chamber of Commerce together and it would be done at all costs," a person familiar with the matter stated.
As a result, the telugu Film Chamber allegedly sent letters to the makers of 'DJ Tillu 2,' 'Laal Salaam', 'Yatra 2', and 'Oori peru Bhairavakona' requesting that their releases be pushed back by a day or two. "This time, it is not about the number of theatres for each film, but to ensure a clear path for 'Eagle' and urge others to defer their dates," he said.
According to reports, the producers of 'DJ Tillu 2' have expressed a desire to postpone their release, whilst the producers of 'Yatra 2' are prepared to postpone the release of their political thriller to prevent a fight at the ticket windows. "Fortunately, the producers of 'DJ Tillu' and 'Yatra 2' are searching for alternate dates, and the response from the creators of 'Laal Salaam' and 'Oori peru Bhairavakona' is pending. Things will be worked out in a few meetings on tuesday or Wednesday," he says.
Unlike the Sankranthi festival, where huge actors refused to compromise and distribute their films in the number of cinemas they desired, no such problems could arise now. "The fact that producers of forthcoming films are eager to negotiate is a good indication for the business. With so much money spent in films, solo release is the only viable alternative for recovering money," he adds.
