Is the country currently experiencing the 4th Corona wave?
The report of getting 11 subvariants has again raised the question of whether the fourth wave of coronavirus is going to spread in the country. This question has also arisen due to the fact that for the third consecutive week, an increase in the number of new cases of coronavirus has been registered in the country. According to the Times of India, report, 1,526 new Covid-19 cases were registered in the country in the week ending Sunday, while the new cases in the week before were 1,219. Accordingly, there has been an increase of about 25%.New cases have increased but there is no sign like the 'flood' of CoronaHowever, there is still no possibility of a flood of new cases of corona in the country. The maximum number of new cases has increased in Karnataka, where 276 new cases have been found in the week ending january 1, as against 276 cases in the previous week. In kerala too, 467 new cases have been found as against 416, while in tamil Nadu also 86 new cases have been found against 47. In Delhi, it has increased from 72 to 81. On the contrary, in Maharashtra, 168 new cases have come down from 172, while in rajasthan only 48 new cases have come down from 81. In other states too, at present less than 50 cases are being reported.
