It seems like there's a significant upheaval in andhra pradesh following the results of the assembly elections and the impending change in government. With the telugu Desam Party, Bharatiya Janata Party, and Jana Sena forming a coalition government with a substantial majority, there's understandable uncertainty among government officials, especially those who held key positions during the previous regime.
The decision by the new government to halt leave requests, transfers, and other administrative changes indicates a desire to maintain stability and control during this transition period. This move may be causing further anxiety among officials who were hoping to make changes in their assignments or take time off.

It seems like there's a flurry of requests for leave and transfers from various officials in andhra pradesh following the election results and the change in government. Evo dharma Reddy from tirumala tirupati Devasthanam, IG ramakrishna from the Stamps and Registration Department, and former MD Vasudeva reddy from the Beverages Corporation are among those who have sought changes in their assignments.

Similarly, officials like MD venkat Reddy from the Mines Department, MD Madhusudan reddy from APFSL, Commissioner Rajeshwar reddy from the industries Department, and Information Commissioner Vijay Kumar reddy have also applied for release from their current duties. Additionally, SS Rawat, the Special Principal Secretary of the Finance Department, has requested relief to potentially move to Telangana.

These requests indicate the uncertainty and perhaps apprehension among officials regarding their future roles and the policies of the new government. However, the government's decision to refuse leave and transfers suggests a desire to maintain stability and continuity in administration during this transition period.
