Telangana Hyderabad - Youth wing burns Modi’s effigy for Freezing Congress Accounts

On Friday, march 22, the hyderabad youth congress organized a demonstration outside Nallakunta Square in opposition to the Center suspending the party's financial accounts. With signs reading "Freezing bank accounts or freezing democracy?" and "Congress bank access froze?," the cardre, led by Mota Rohit, marched. Greetings from Modi's de-mockery. Additionally, they set fire to PM Modi's effigy and yelled anti-Modi chants.
 
A nationwide demonstration against prime minister Narendra Modi and the bjp administration over the Centre freezing the accounts broke out in the meantime. A sizable demonstration was also conducted by youth congress members in front of Delhi's Parliament.
 
Srinivas, the National President of the indian youth congress, declared, "The government has stolen from 11 accounts of congress and targeted Opposition one by one." "Two sitting Opposition chief ministers have been jailed within a few weeks for the first time in 70 years," they said.

Rahul Gandhi, the former head of the congress, told reporters in New delhi on thursday that the party's accounts being blocked by the income tax department prevents it from running an effective campaign. Gandhi, 53, the scion of a dynasty that controlled indian politics for decades after independence, said, "Our entire financial identity has been erased." "We cannot support our candidates because we lack the funds to run a campaign. Election-fighting effectiveness has decreased.
