Telangana Hyderabad - Fee Regulation in Schools Postponed for another year?

Since it is doubtful that the State government will implement such a law for the forthcoming academic year, parents will have to wait another year for fee control in schools. There is little likelihood that the fee regulation will be put into effect for the 2024–2025 school year. Instead, the government plans to implement it in the 2025–2026 school year.
 
Instead of only giving directions for fee control in schools, a senior education department official disclosed that the administration is concentrating on creating a strict charge restriction law. Nevertheless, the new legislation cannot be applied in the current academic year because of the model code of conduct for the lok sabha elections, which is in place until june 6.
 
The academic year 2024–2025 will start on june 12 of that year. Any adjustments to the regulations would thus have to wait until the next academic year. However, the representative promised that if not this academic year, steps will be taken to control tuition in the next one. A senior official of the education department revealed that the department is focused on drafting a stringent fee regulation law rather than issuing mere orders
