The 10th match of the ICC cricket World Cup took place between australia and West Indies at Nottingham. West Indies won the toss and opted to field first. David Warner and Finch departed in quick succession, then Khawaja also fell immediately.

Maxwell went for a duck and Aussies struggling at 38/4. Steve Smith showed why he is the best batsman as he anchored the innings. He played vital innings with the Wicket Keeper Carey. But after Carey's departure, Coulter-nile played unbelievable innings and he scored 92 off 60 balls and took the team to a decent score of 288.

West Indies started the innings in a similar shaking way as E Lewis fell for 1 run and Gayle fell to Starc. Gayle's dismissal erupted controversy as Starc bowled a huge no-ball and the umpire failed to notice it.  In the end, West Indies lost the match in a nailbiter.
