Telangana Hyderabad - Govt removing saffron flags from Hindu homes

SIBY JEYYA
The right-wing Hindu outfit vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) claimed that the state government has started removing saffron flags from residential areas in hyderabad and throughout Telangana. The VHP also claimed that the ruling congress is "implementing the agenda of Razakars" in the state. VHP state leaders claimed in a statement to the media on monday that saffron flags that were hung outside homes during ram Lalla's "Praan Pratishthaan" (installation) in ayodhya were being taken down by the police and municipal officials.

In response to inquiries from the public, authorities stated that the election commission of India's directives were followed, according to the VHP.

The VHP questioned, "Can't the state government see green flags atop the houses of Muslims?" and called on Telangana's Chief Electoral Officer to act to "respect and save the rights of Hindus." Though the VHP asserts this, it should be emphadata-sized that saffron flags are frequently manifestations of religious hostility.

Ayodhya witnessed the dedication of the ram temple, which prompted several houses and businesses to fly saffron flags outside in protest. VHP alleged that municipal and police officials have been asking people to remove saffron flags put up outside their houses.
