Is KCR looking for backup?

Just sometime back, there was a lot of talk about the TRS and BJP parties tying up during 2014 elections but it is heard that the BJP senior leadership’s inclination towards Telugu Desam Party made this impracticable. However, time and again the T-BJP leader Kishan Reddy dropped hints that his party is not averse for going along with TRS and only after this didn’t work out, the TRS boss KCR started wooing the Muslim party MIM aggressively. MIM with its seven MLA’s offers crucial outside support to TRS as and when needed, but realizing that AP CM Chandrababu Naidu is able to get what he wants from Centre albeit slowly with alliance is prompting a rethink among TRS. It is in this regard that TRS recently felicitated BJP leader from Karimnagar who is currently Maharashtra Governor Vidya Sagar Rao and also announced a felicitation ceremony for Bandaru Dattatreya for becoming a Union Minister from this region. Many feel this seems to be KCR’s idea of having a backup.
