Jagan's Credibility or CBN's Vision - Who is Voter's Preference?

G GOWTHAM
The politics of ap votes has reached its peak. Withdrawal of nominations is over. The candidates are clear. There are not even ten days left for polling. This is the most crucial step before polling. The time has come for the voter to think about whom he should cast his vote for. At this time, the manifestos of both jagan and Chandrababu are making people think.
Recently YS jagan released the ycp Election Manifesto. jagan, who used to talk about Navaratna before the last election, people are hoping that he will give more assurances this time. But jagan did not give much priority to new schemes. He said that he will continue the existing Navaratna schemes. Cash has been increased for some existing schemes. Farmers will be given Rs 16,000. Pension will be increased to 3250 by 2028 and 3500 by 2029.
Unlike this, Chandrababu is already talking about six guarantees. If jagan is going to give 16 thousand to the farmers, Chandrababu promised 20 thousand. Jagan's pension will not be increased now. In the last two years it will be increased only by 500 in two installments. But Chandrababu will increase it immediately. He wants to give Rs.4000. It is also expected to be implemented from April.

But one thing should be noted here. Chandrababu once announced these six guarantees. They have been saying these six guarantees for almost 9 months. However, there was not much momentum among the people. It is remarkable that Chandrababu has been placating the people in terms of promises, but jagan has been restrained. jagan said that he will not say what he cannot do. Now when the manifestos of both the parties are in front, it is interesting to see what decision the ap voter will take.
One thing should be noted here. Jagan's main agenda has been welfare since the beginning. He said the same thing before the election. He said he will continue the legacy of ysr schemes. Navaratna was designed accordingly. people also believed it. He won 151 assembly seats which is unprecedented. After coming to power, jagan called his manifesto as Bhagavad Gita and tried to implement it. Lakhs of crores were spent on welfare schemes. It is a fact that he did not care much about development at that time. Promises like implementation of liquor ban and cancellation of CPS could not be fulfilled. But jagan earned people's credibility.
And now when it comes to Chandrababu, he criticized that jagan is bankrupting the state like sri lanka with such schemes. He said that jagan did not developed anything. He criticized that it is not great to get votes by distributing money. He also criticized jagan for making people lazy. He said he knows how to develop and attract industries. Chandrababu, who had criticized jagan so much in the matter of schemes, again left the plate when it came to the election. He said that free schemes will bankrupt the state but now promise more freebies as his manifesto!
People have already seen Chandrababu's rule for 14 years and Jagan's rule for five years. The histories of both are in front of the people. It is up to the people to decide who to vote for.
