Passenger assaulted by Indigo Airlines Staff - Video going viral, Check it Out

Just a few days back, Shuttler PV Sindhu confessed that she had a bad time with Indigo Airlines. She posted a lengthy one on the social media and that went viral. Now, once again another incident has taken place where a passenger named Rajiv Katiyal was seen manhandled by the airline's staff after some war of words.


The incident happened on October 15th, but the video has just surdata-faced on the Internet. Rajiv who arrived from Chennai was waiting for the bus inside the Airport and the video doesn't give a clear knowledge on who started the verbal war. Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation Jayant Sinha said,



"The incident which happened is quite unfortunate. Passenger safety and security is always our priority. We have asked a detailed report from Indigo and Indigo senior executives have personally apologised to the passenger. If the passenger files a criminal complaint, we will take appropriate action."


Indigo Airlines President Aditya Ghosh said, "We are terribly sorry for the unpleasant experience which the passenger went through. My personal apologies." The video which is surfacing on the Internet is below,
