After this, the noida Unit of UP STF compiled the notification and filed a case in Cyber Crime police station noida on 1 May 2024. After the FIR was registered, the police took immediate action and on May 2 arrested a person named shyam Gupta, who had shared the deepfake video of yogi adityanath from his social media profile. According to the information, further legal action is being taken by noida Cyber Crime Police.
