It has been asked to keep drinking water tankers in sufficient numbers at sensitive places in all the districts. Along with this, it has also been asked to keep an eye on the groundwater level. Advising people to take proper precautions to avoid severe heat and heat wave, instructions have also been given to ensure the arrangement of miking. 'It has been asked to ensure adequate availability of essential health facilities and essential medicines in all primary health centers including sub-divisional and Sadar hospitals.'The chief minister further wrote that 'It has been asked to ensure uninterrupted power supply at all places, be it village or city, so that people can get relief from the scorching heat. The Disaster Management Department has been instructed to keep people constantly aware and monitor the entire situation.'
