Pragya Thakur and six others are being prosecuted under relevant sections of the IPC, Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, Explosive Substances Act, indian Arms Act and maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act. Special court judge AK Lahoti will record the statement in the case on friday i.e. today also. Let us tell you that on september 29, 2008, six people were killed and more than 100 were injured after an explosive fitted in a motorcycle exploded near a mosque in Malegaon. The initial investigation of this case was done by maharashtra ATS, later it was transferred to NIA.
