The bugle of lok sabha elections has sounded in the country. In the first phase, the notification for voting on 19th april has been issued on 20th march itself. After which the nomination process has started. However, Holashtak has started from march 17. Many people believe that auspicious work is not done in Holashtak, hence they are not filing nominations. people who believe in religion keep their distance from doing any auspicious work during Holashtak. During Holashtak, people avoid important rituals like housewarming, marriage, and conception ceremony and also from doing any new work. There are both astrological and mythological reasons for not doing auspicious work for eight days of Holashtak.


Voting on how many seats in the first phase?

In the first phase of lok sabha elections i.e. on april 19, voting will be held on 102 lok sabha seats in 21 states of the country. Voting will be held on 12 lok sabha seats of rajasthan in the first phase. Whereas, in the second phase, voting will be held on 13 lok sabha seats on 26th April. Notification regarding the first phase has been issued on march 20. After this, the nomination process started. march 27 is the last day for nomination.


Nominations will be in full swing on 26-27 March

The last day of nomination for the first phase of elections is march 27. In such a situation, march 26 and 27 will be a very special day for those candidates who have not yet filed their nominations due to Holashtak. Only after celebrating the festival of holi on the 25th, there will be a rush for the nomination of candidates on the 26th march and 27th of March. Now it remains to be seen where the star campaigners or big leaders of the parties will go to get the nomination of the candidates.
