It is worth noting that aam aadmi party (AAP) rajya sabha member swati Maliwal was allegedly assaulted on May 13 at the official residence of cm Arvind Kejriwal.On Monday, a sessions court rejected Vibhav Kumar's bail plea, saying that it appears that swati Maliwal had no pre-planned intention to file the FIR and the allegations leveled by her cannot be dismissed. An FIR was registered against Vibhav on May 16 under various provisions of the indian Penal Code.
