As per report the issue of the birth of the second son of Balkaur Singh, father of late punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, has heated up. congress leader Pratap Singh Bajwa has supported the allegations made by Sidhu Moosewala's father against the punjab government. congress leader Pratap Singh Bajwa said that it is a matter of great shame how Bhagwant Mann's government is busy in finding out about the new born child. Bajwa said that the letter of the central government also clearly shows how these people are against the Moosewala family.

Meanwhile congress leader Pratap Singh Bajwa further said that the bhagwant mann government of punjab is busy taking action instead of congratulating the family. He said that Bhagwant Mann's government should have ignored the Centre's letter. Let us tell you that the Union health Ministry has sought a detailed report from the punjab government on Kaur's IVF treatment. The ministry has raised questions on Kaur, saying that as per the law, the age limit for a woman to use assisted reproductive technology (ART) services is between 21 and 50 years. Moosewala's father is around 60 years old, while his mother Charan Kaur is 58 years old. While seeking a report from the punjab government, the ministry has cited media reports in which it has been said that Kaur has given birth to a child using IVF process at the age of 58.

Moreover Balkaur Singh, father of late punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, had accused the punjab government of harassing him after the birth of his second son. Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead two years ago in Mansa district. Almost two years after the singer's murder, Singh and his wife Charan Kaur were blessed with son Ratna on march 17. She used the IVF process to give birth to a child. Singh shared a post in this regard on instagram on Tuesday, in which he alleged that the administration is harassing him to prove whether the child is legitimate or not.
